License agreement

Your use of the Fastiq mobile application (the “App”) is licensed, not sold, to you, and is governed by Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement (EULA) (the “Apple Standard EULA”), together with the additional terms below. If there is any conflict between the Apple Standard EULA and these terms, the Apple Standard EULA governs the license to use the App.

Subscriptions and billing

Fastiq offers an auto-renewable subscription, “Fastiq Pro,” which unlocks AI-powered logging, fasting insights, and advanced analytics. The following terms apply:

• Plans and pricing. Fastiq Pro is offered on monthly and annual terms. The exact price, billing period, and any free-trial length are shown in the App before you confirm a purchase, in your local currency.
• Payment. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account upon confirmation of purchase.
• Auto-renewal. Your subscription automatically renews unless it is canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Free trials. If a free trial is offered and you do not cancel before it ends, it automatically converts to a paid subscription at the price disclosed at sign-up. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
• Managing and canceling. You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime in your App Store account settings. Deleting the App does not cancel your subscription.
• Refunds.Purchases are handled by Apple. Refund requests are subject to Apple’s policies, except where a refund is required by applicable law.

Fastiq provides general educational and wellness information only and is not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Fasting and calorie restriction are not right for everyone. Talk to your doctor before starting — especially if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, under 18, have a history of an eating disorder, have diabetes or another medical condition, or take medication. Stop and seek medical help if you feel faint, confused, or unwell. Never disregard professional medical advice because of something you read in the App. Nutrition values produced by the App, including AI estimates, may not be accurate.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Fastiq. By using the App, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

Acceptable use

You agree to use the App only for lawful, personal, non-commercial purposes, and not to reverse engineer, interfere with, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or its systems.

Intellectual property

The App, its content, and its branding are owned by Fastiq and its licensors and are protected by applicable laws. Your data and the content you create remain yours.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fastiq is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
